Today, John is preparing the sprayer for spring work. It was winterized before being stored late last fall, and it was serviced with lubrication, oil changes, and new filters during the winter. Today, it gets new nozzle tips. Not a hard job, but necessary for accuracy of application. Also, the internal application controller is getting an update.
This screen gives the progress of the update. The little black bar crawls across…
With the 100-foot boom unfolded, John can replace the blue nozzles.
The boom is folded, and now the machine is ready for fuel… and the field! (but the fields are not ready for us just yet) Can you see the 81 new little blue spray tips?
